Very nice ambience, delicious cakes ...

We arrived at lunchtime and wanted to eat something in the restaurant, but we were told that you could only eat cake; We could have lunch down in town. They left us standing in the entrance next to the cake counter. Only after asking again, the waitress came back and asked for our cake requests. She sounded very impatient and a little rude, even though when we got to the café there was only one table occupied by 4 people. Before we left she had apparently regained her friendliness and willingly answered our questions. The town is very beautiful and worth a visit.

Visited Heinis Cafe. You'd think the cake there was homemade, but it turned out to be a completely normal industrial cake. The service was very nice and friendly.

Just bad. Waited 25 minutes without even being greeted, let alone being served. Waiter seems overwhelmed. (I would be if I had to do the terrace + restaurant + cake counter and drinks alone.). End of the story, we didn't eat cake, just had a drink. Not again.

Heinos Cafe- this is really a very good cafe! Pre-order as places are limited. Nice ambience, top cake quality, reasonable prices. You don't have to be a Heino fan to think it's great! Gladly again!!

Not worth a visit! Waited 45 minutes for service. Have always been overlooked and friendly is also different. Sugar and milk are not served with coffee either! Never again!!

We were there as guests of a wedding. The food was extremely good and really delicious. The staff was very child friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms are getting old and noisy. In the end we had to pay 15 euros for a baby bed. We found that far too much. Breakfast is unspectacular. Of course, I don't know what it looks like when there are no corona pads.

A very elegant looking house, which is nevertheless not uncomfortable. For a bike tour along the Erft, we are on the bike route planner. NRW encountered the property and were not disappointed. The only disadvantage for cyclists without the support of Robert Bosch or colleagues: the hotel is on a hill, for which a few reserves of strength are required to cope.

It was pleasant to sit under the trees, the waitresses were relaxed and very friendly. The cake and the cappuccino were delicious! With pleasure again!

So, we were disappointed with the Heino Café. Basically a small café in a hotel. The café room is made old and the gold records and photos of Heino hang on the wall! There was no menu! We were disappointed, we had hoped for more! Ps: the cake was good despite it! 👍

For the first time in Bad Münstereifel. A pleasantly located hotel for long hikes. 🥾🍃 The hotel offers very good cakes and a delicious breakfast. Room 301 was well spacious, neat and clean. 💪😎

We loved the Heino café, when you visited a singer whose music you still know from your youth. The cafe was cozy, easy to get in touch with other visitors. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was a pity that Heino was not present. But we will definitely go back.

A charming café with good products. The Original Heino Hazelnut Tart tastes delicious, as are the other cakes. We were lucky and even met Heino and Hannelore there. They prices are normal.

Rooms are quite old fashioned. Internet not working at all on the 3rd floor. only in the lobby is working internet. in the night there was no food or bar available. room price is acceptable. Hotel location is nice.

The hotel comes highly recommended. The rooms are bright and cozy and clean. Beds very comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The Heino Cafè is highly recommended for family celebrations or weddings. Price-performance top

It's an experience

Upclass place, but the prices are really good. We came the when we were on a motor trip. The service and the food are really great. We will definitely go back.

Famous German singer Heino themed cafe, displaying his gold records and framed photographs with celebrity friends. The Heino cake is the hazelnut cream cake, but can be sold out. The singer himself is living upstairs in the Kurhaus.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
